If you’re looking for a class that strengthens both body and mind while keeping things fun and accessible, Chelsey’s Strength & Balance sessions are perfect for you.
This class combines low-impact mobility movements with fun, strength-based exercises, using a mix of resistance bands and bodyweight training. Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after a break, or looking for a mindful way to stay strong, Chelsey will help you adapt each movement to your individual level.
Chelsey’s approach focuses on building confidence through movement. She believes exercise should leave you feeling capable and connected, not exhausted or intimidated. With her experience across support and health care, fitness, and performance, she creates an encouraging environment where everyone can succeed.
“Yoga has been a love of mine for over 10 years,” says Chelsey. “I’m passionate about helping people move well, feel strong, and enjoy the process.”

When: Tuesdays 9.30 – 10.15am & Thursdays 6.15 – 7.00pm
Where: Pendennis Community Centre
What to bring: Comfortable clothes, water, and a positive attitude!
