Have you been curious about meditation but unsure where to start? Or perhaps you’re looking to deepen your practice in a friendly, welcoming setting? If you’re in Falmouth (or nearby), Meditate in Cornwall’s weekly drop-in classes could be just what you need.
What’s on offer
When: Every Thursday, 10:30–11:30 am
Where: Pendennis Community Centre, Castle Drive, Falmouth, TR11 4NG
Cost: £5 per class

What to Expect
No prior experience needed: everyone is welcome.
Each class includes a short talk, two guided meditations, and time to ask questions.
The setting is relaxed: chairs are provided (no need to sit on the floor), and there’s no physical exertion involved.
You can drop in on any one class, or come to more than one - whichever suits you.
Why Try It
Meditation offers many benefits, from calming the mind to helping us deal more kindly with daily stress, improving focus, and increasing emotional resilience. These classes not only teach techniques, but also give practical Buddhist-inspired advice on how to bring meditation into everyday life.
